what should I do if I find a parking notice on a zipcar before I start my trip?

If you arrive at your Zipcar and you find a parking notice attached to the windscreen, all you have to do is remove and place in the glove box.
If you have chance, Zipcar would appreciate it if you could take a photo of any fine you discover on the windscreen from the previous reservation and send to service@zipcar.be. It's not mandatory to send in a photo but it does help us keep track of any fines that are attached to vehicles. Thanks!
Zipcar will take care of any parking notices you find before starting your trip. In the event this happens, you can still start your trip as you would normally.
