what if the vehicle is damaged/dirty?
If you notice damage to your Zipcar, check if there’s a “damage” sticker showing it has already been reported. If it’s not the case yet :
- You can report the damage in the app by clicking on the “wrench” icon on top of your screen.
- You can also call 078 79 09 80.
To evaluate the car’s cleanliness, you can also use the app (“bucket” icon on top of your screen) or call 078 79 09 80.
